Who can use HealthyFic
HealthyFic is designed for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Each account is issued a unique HealthyFic User ID.
Nature of the service
HealthyFic provides general wellbeing information, assessments and suggestions. It does not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Your responsibility
You decide which suggestions to follow. Use your judgement, and stop any activity that causes discomfort. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes if you have a health condition.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or use HealthyFic content commercially without permission.
Intellectual property
HealthyFic, the HealthyFic Balance Assessment™ and the HealthyFic Balance Index™, along with platform content and design, remain the property of HealthyFic.
Changes
We may update these terms and the platform. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HealthyFic is not liable for outcomes arising from your use of general wellbeing suggestions provided through the platform.
