Notice version 2026-01
Privacy Policy
Wellbeing information is personal. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what you control.
What we collect
- • Account details: your name, email address, an optional mobile number, and a unique HealthyFic User ID (for example HF-000001) which is the identifier we use internally rather than your email.
- • Personalisation details you choose to give during onboarding: age group, optional gender, country, optional city/region, and optional occupation or work pattern.
- • Your wellbeing information: assessment responses, dimension scores, goals, daily check-ins, completed actions and the feedback you give on recommendations.
What we never ask for
- • We do not collect government identifiers such as Aadhaar, PAN or passport numbers, bank details, or your exact home address.
- • We do not ask for clinical records or diagnoses.
How we use it
- • To produce your Balance Profile and HealthyFic Balance Index™.
- • To personalise your focus areas, plan and daily actions, and to adapt them based on your feedback and progress.
- • To send only the reminders and communications you have enabled.
Where your data lives
- • In this version of HealthyFic, your account and wellbeing data are stored locally in your browser on this device and are not transmitted to a HealthyFic server. Clearing your browser storage will remove them.
- • Passwords are never stored in plain text. We store only a salted SHA-256 hash of your password.
Consent
- • Essential service consent and optional marketing consent are always collected separately. Each consent record stores your User ID, the consent type and purpose, the notice version (currently 2026-01), a timestamp, its status, and a withdrawal timestamp where applicable.
- • You can withdraw marketing consent at any time in Settings without affecting your use of the platform.
Your choices
- • You can view, export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
- • Deleting your account removes your profile, assessments, check-ins and consent records from this device.
